Trips & Falls

Those who visit may stumble over the cracking concrete. This could lead to falls and possibly lawsuits.

Water Damage

Water seeping through the broken pieces may begin collecting around the foundation. This could weaken the foundation and cause it to crack.

Compromised Structure

A foundation that faces continual water damage can end up moving or spalling. This could compromise the overall structure of the house.

But don't worry - with a free assessment, TK Concrete Lifting can show you just how easy it is to fix your uneven concrete and eliminate these problems for good!

About Travis.

Hi there. My name is Travis Knepp, and I own and operate TK Concrete Lifting. When I bought my house in Cañon City, Colorado, I discovered it had a sunken patio. I was afraid of water damage to my foundation and being held responsible for any trips and falls that may happen due to the patio not being level. Having worked with concrete for 5+ years, I could have simply replaced the sunken patio. But that would have been a lot of work and cost a lot more money. Polyurethane foam is far easier and a much cheaper way to lift the concrete back into place.

There are 4 ways TK Concrete Lifting can make your home safer. Which one is right for you?

Lift Your Uneven Driveway

With our lightweight, polyurethane foam, we can raise that sunken half of the driveway slab people keep tripping over.

Level Your Broken Sidewalk

Sidewalks provide both an easy way to walk around your house and an easy way to make sure water doesn't collect around your foundation. When it breaks or sinks, however, it becomes both a trip hazard and a channel for water to damage the foundation of your house. Our polyurethane foam can lift any sidewalk in a matter of minutes. You can learn more about our sidewalk repair services here.

Smooth-Out Your Rough Patio

There's nothing worse than sitting in patio chairs on broken and bumpy concrete. With polyurethane foam, we can level your patio and you can throw your party the same day.

Fill Voids Underneath Free-Floating Concrete

By filling voids underneath the concrete around your house with foam, you can prevent the concrete from breaking and avoid more significant problems down the road.

Here's what customers are saying about our concrete lifting services in El Paso County:

Outstanding! I had a pretty severe case of patio sinkage. I was amazed at the speed and skill that TK Concrete Lifting was able to bring my patio in line with the original pitch away from the house. The price was right, the communication was outstanding and the results were delightful. Thanks Travis, I will be calling about my driveway next!
