An uneven concrete slab can be costly!

With Colorado's notoriously expansive soil, concrete slabs easily begin to crack and sink. Before they know it, homeowners end up dealing with issues much bigger than they first expected.

Trips & Falls

Those who visit may stumble over the uneven concrete slab or their chair may be off-balance, causing them to fall backward.

Fractures & Injuries

Falling on uneven concrete slabs can result in fractures and injuries to various parts of the body. This could possibly lead to lawsuits.

Water Damage

Water seeping through the broken pieces near your house may begin collecting against the foundation. This could weaken the foundation and cause it to crack.

But don't worry - with a free assessment, TK Concrete Lifting can show you just how easy it is to fix your damaged concrete slab and eliminate these problems for good!

About Travis.

Hi there. My name is Travis Knepp, and I own and operate TK Concrete Lifting. When I bought my house in Cañon City, Colorado, I discovered how difficult it can be to host an outdoor party for guests when our concrete slab had sunken. I could have simply replaced the sunken concrete, but that would have been a lot of work and cost a lot more money. Polyurethane foam is far easier and a much cheaper way to repair sidewalks.

With our lightweight, polyurethane foam, we can raise that sunken portion of the entrance to your house people keep tripping over.

Level The Broken patio concrete around your house

Concrete patios provide a nice setting for hosting guests outdoors. When it breaks or sinks, however, it becomes both a trip hazard and a channel for water to damage the foundation of your house. Our polyurethane foam can lift any sunken concrete in a matter of minutes.

Fill Voids Underneath Free-Floating Concrete

By filling voids underneath your slabs or patios with foam, you can prevent the concrete from breaking and avoid more significant problems down the road.

Travis was great! He was incredibly responsive and quick to schedule and complete the job. He was able to bring our sunken driveway up about two inches back to level. He went above and beyond to help us get our driveway leveled out and remove tripping hazards on a tight budget.

Amanda C.

Travis was awesome. He was able to get our concrete walkway that had sunk nice and level again, and even leveled up our concrete patio in the back. With his equipment he can lift your concrete a couple inches. He even nicely filled all the cracks again for us too. I highly recommend! If you have any concrete that is not level, he is the man for you! Thank you for your great service!

Custer County’s History (quick take)

Created on March 9, 1877 from the southern half of Fremont County, Custer County was named for George Armstrong Custer. The county seat moved several times—from Ula (1877) to Rosita (1878) to Silver Cliff (1886)—before settling in Westcliffe in 1928. Silver mining booms drew early settlers, and the Wet Mountain Valley soon became known for ranching framed by the Sangre de Cristo Range to the west and the Wet Mountains to the east. Today, Westcliffe and Silver Cliff share an International Dark Sky Community designation, celebrating the area’s brilliant night skies and outdoor heritage.
