An uneven concrete slab can be costly!

With Colorado's notoriously expansive soil, concrete slabs easily begin to crack and sink. Before they know it, homeowners end up dealing with issues much bigger than they first expected.

Trips & Falls

Those who visit may stumble over the uneven concrete slab or their chair may be off-balance, causing them to fall backward.

Fractures & Injuries

Falling on uneven concrete slabs can result in fractures and injuries to various parts of the body. This could possibly lead to lawsuits.

Water Damage

Water seeping through the broken pieces near your house may begin collecting against the foundation. This could weaken the foundation and cause it to crack.

But don't worry - with a free assessment, TK Concrete Lifting can show you just how easy it is to fix your damaged concrete slab and eliminate these problems for good!

About Travis.

Hi there. My name is Travis Knepp, and I own and operate TK Concrete Lifting. When I bought my house in Cañon City, Colorado, I discovered how difficult it can be to host an outdoor party for guests when our concrete slab had sunken. I could have simply replaced the sunken concrete, but that would have been a lot of work and cost a lot more money. Polyurethane foam is far easier and a much cheaper way to repair sidewalks.

Travis was great! He was incredibly responsive and quick to schedule and complete the job. He was able to bring our sunken driveway up about two inches back to level. He went above and beyond to help us get our driveway leveled out and remove tripping hazards on a tight budget.

Amanda C.

Travis was awesome. He was able to get our concrete walkway that had sunk nice and level again, and even leveled up our concrete patio in the back. With his equipment he can lift your concrete a couple inches. He even nicely filled all the cracks again for us too. I highly recommend! If you have any concrete that is not level, he is the man for you! Thank you for your great service!

At TK Concrete Lifting, we know Cañon City homeowners want to repair their damaged concrete slabs and create enjoyable hosting space.

Unfortunately, most of the properties in Cañon City have sandy soil. This tends to cause concrete slabs to crack and sink. It's not fun having a party on a patio that isn't level, and you feel nervous about guests tripping and falling.

After buying my house with sunken concrete, I too was afraid of liability. By using polyurethane foam to jack concrete slab back into place, you can be confident you won't have any tripping or injuries due to uneven surfaces.

Polyurethane foam has revolutionized the concrete repair industry, particularly in the realm of slab jacking. This innovative method offers several advantages over traditional methods, such as mud jacking.

Polyurethane foam is a lightweight, expanding material that is injected into voids beneath sunken concrete slabs. As the foam expands, it lifts the slab back to its original level. This process is significantly quicker and less invasive than traditional methods, requiring smaller holes and less equipment.

Polyurethane foam is the best option for homeowners on a budget. One of the key benefits of polyurethane foam is its strength and durability. Once cured, the foam creates a stable base for the concrete slab, preventing future settling. Additionally, it is resistant to water, oil, and other contaminants, making it an ideal choice for outdoor applications.

Another advantage is the environmental friendliness of polyurethane foam. Unlike some other materials used in concrete repair, polyurethane foam is non-toxic and biodegradable. It also requires less energy to produce and transport compared to traditional materials.

While polyurethane foam offers numerous benefits, it's essential to consider the specific conditions of the concrete slab before choosing this method. For example, the type of soil and the extent of the damage can influence the effectiveness of the foam. Consulting with a qualified concrete repair professional is crucial to determine the best approach for your project.

Finally, polyurethane foam has proven to be a highly effective and efficient solution for slab jacking. Its strength, durability, and environmental friendliness make it a popular choice for both residential and commercial applications.
