Uneven concrete leads to much bigger problems!
With Colorado's notoriously expansive soil, sidewalks, patios, or other slabs easily begin to crack and sink. Before they know it, homeowners can end up needing to deal with issues much bigger than they first expected.

Trips & Falls
Those who visit may stumble over the cracking concrete. This could lead to falls and possibly lawsuits.

Water Damage
Water seeping through the broken pieces may begin collecting around the foundation. This could weaken the foundation and cause it to crack.

Compromised Structure
A foundation that faces continual water damage can end up moving or spalling. This could compromise the overall structure of the house.
But don't worry - with a free assessment, TK Concrete Lifting can show you just how easy it is to fix your uneven concrete and eliminate these problems for good!
About Travis.
Hi there. My name is Travis Knepp, and I own and operate TK Concrete Lifting. When I bought my house in Cañon City, Colorado, I discovered it had a sunken patio. I was afraid of water damage to my foundation and being held responsible for any trips and falls that may happen due to the patio not being level. Having worked with concrete for 5+ years, I could have simply replaced the sunken patio. But that would have been a lot of work and cost a lot more money. Polyurethane foam is far easier and a much cheaper way to lift the concrete back into place.
There are 4 ways TK Concrete Lifting can make your home safer. Which one is right for you?

Here's what customers are saying about our concrete lifting services:
Travis was able to make our driveway level again. Kept us updated on what he was doing. Good guy to work with. Highly recommend!

History of Chaffee County
Established in 1879, Chaffee County was named after Jerome B. Chaffee, Colorado's first U.S. Senator. The county's formation was part of a reorganization that split the expansive Lake County into smaller jurisdictions. Granite served as the original county seat, but in a dramatic turn of events, Buena Vista residents relocated the county records to their town in 1880, asserting it as the new seat. Eventually, Salida became the county seat in 1928, where it remains today. Chaffee County's history is deeply rooted in mining, agriculture, and the development of railroads, which played a significant role in its growth and economic development. Today, the county is known for its rich heritage and vibrant communities.
